Board Members
Tung (Tim) Q. Le
President | NDIMAXIM Real Estate
Tung (Tim) Q. Le is the President and Broker/Partner of NDIMAXIM Real Estate, a full-service firm specializing in brokerage, property management, and commercial development within Metro Atlanta Region.
Tim began his career as a mechanical engineer with NEC Electronics USA before transitioning into full-time entrepreneurship in real estate. He has since built and led multiple real estate partnerships and continues to drive Mid scale development initiatives. He recently completed the development of Boardwalk Duluth, a four-story retail and office project, and has completed the acquisition and is currently leading the redevelopment of Mall Corners Shopping Center.
Tim serves as Chairman of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and is a Board Member of the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and Gateway85 Community Improvement District (CID). He is also actively involved in numerous professional and civic organizations, including the Downtown Development Authority of Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Gwinnett Rotary Club, Gwinnett Park Foundation Board, Leadership Gwinnett Foundation & Alumni (Class of 2012), Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce, Lotus Club, and the Atlanta Chinese Entrepreneur Club. Through these roles, Tim contributes to shaping economic development, infrastructure planning, and community engagement across the Metro Atlanta region. Tim has been widely recognized for his leadership and community impact, including being named one of the Georgia Asian Times’ 25 Most Influential Asians in Georgia (multiple years), recipient of the USPAACC Outstanding Asian American Award (2022), OCA Lifetime Community Service Award, and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Public Service Award (2023). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia.
Steven Dao

Steven Dao is an entrepreneur, business leader, and community advocate based in Georgia. He is the owner of The Dao Agency, an independent insurance brokerage specializing in personal, commercial, and real estate-related insurance solutions throughout the Southeast. Steven is known for his hands on approach to client service, helping families and business owners navigate complex insurance and business decisions with confidence and clarity.
A former President of the Greater Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce (GVACC), Steven has played an active role in strengthening and growing the Vietnamese business community in Georgia. During his leadership, he focused on expanding networking opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating events that connected entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders. He remains actively involved with GVACC as a supporter and advisor.
In addition to insurance, Steven is involved in real estate, business development, and startup ventures, with a strong interest in automation, AI-powered business solutions, and small business acquisitions. His passion lies in helping businesses grow sustainably while creating meaningful opportunities within the community.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their two daughters. He is also passionate about sports, golf, cooking, and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders.
